Welcome to Easy Booking Removals. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Easy Booking Removals provides moving and relocation services within South East Queensland. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings can be made online or through direct contact.
A minimum booking time may apply.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
Charges are based on hourly rates and may vary depending on job requirements.

3. Pricing

All prices are provided as estimates unless otherwise stated.
Final charges may vary depending on actual time taken, access conditions, and job complexity.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Stairs
- Long carry distances
- Heavy or specialty items
- Delays outside of our control

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Full refunds are available with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure all items are packed securely unless packing services are requested.
Provide accurate details about the move, including access, stairs, and item list.
Ensure clear and safe access to both pickup and delivery locations.
Be present (or have a representative present) during the move.

6. Delays

While we aim to arrive on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or previous jobs.
Easy Booking Removals is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Damage & Liability

We take the utmost care when handling your belongings.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of job completion.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Items packed by the customer
- Fragile items not properly disclosed or protected
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
