Cancellation policy

At Easy Booking Removals, we aim to keep things simple, flexible, and transparent.

1. Purchase Options

We offer the following booking options:

  • Hourly Moving Services – Charged based on time taken to complete your move
  • Minimum Booking Requirement – A minimum service time may apply
  • Optional Add-Ons – Additional services may be selected during booking (if available)

All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.

2. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking
  • Remaining balance is payable upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed
  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (unless stated otherwise)

3. Cancellations

  • Full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable

4. Rescheduling

  • Bookings can be rescheduled at no additional cost with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may not be accommodated

5. Changes to Bookings

  • You may request changes to your booking (time, date, or details) prior to your move
  • Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing

6. Failure to Attend

  • If no one is present at the agreed time and location, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable
