Cancellation policy
At Easy Booking Removals, we aim to keep things simple, flexible, and transparent.
1. Purchase Options
We offer the following booking options:
- Hourly Moving Services – Charged based on time taken to complete your move
- Minimum Booking Requirement – A minimum service time may apply
- Optional Add-Ons – Additional services may be selected during booking (if available)
All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.
2. Deposits & Payments
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking
- Remaining balance is payable upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed
- All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (unless stated otherwise)
3. Cancellations
- Full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable
4. Rescheduling
- Bookings can be rescheduled at no additional cost with at least 24 hours’ notice
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may not be accommodated
5. Changes to Bookings
- You may request changes to your booking (time, date, or details) prior to your move
- Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing
6. Failure to Attend
- If no one is present at the agreed time and location, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable
