Refund policy

At Easy Booking Removals, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our customers and our team, we have the following policy in place:

Refunds

• Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking time.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled booking time.
• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the booking may not be accommodated.
